Blue Highland Advisory Group is a registered advisory and investment platform bringing project finance, PPP structuring and investment appraisal to bankable infrastructure and commercial projects — with a positioning built to connect Southern African opportunity with international capital and expertise.
Blue Highland Advisory Group's practice grew out of Austerity, a Lesotho-based finance, advisory and investment firm working across project feasibility, structuring and financing for infrastructure, agribusiness, manufacturing and property projects in one of Southern Africa's smaller, more overlooked economies.
That work meant appraising projects the traditional financial markets often pass over — not because they lack merit, but because they lack investment-ready preparation. It also meant learning, project by project, what a small economy needs to make its case to bigger capital: rigorous feasibility work, bankability discipline, and a governance standard that outside investors recognise.
Blue Highland Advisory Group carries that discipline forward under an explicitly international positioning — with the explicit intent of connecting infrastructure, mining, agribusiness and development-finance capability from further afield, including Australia, with investment-ready opportunity across Southern Africa.
Lere Letompa is an infrastructure, investment and transaction-advisory professional with over a decade of experience across project finance, PPP-style structuring, financial modelling, investment appraisal, valuation and feasibility studies.

Lere holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Johannesburg, and leads Blue Highland Advisory Group's positioning as a bridge between Southern African project opportunity and international capital and advisory partners.
